GSI’s price for a home inspection is based on the finished square feet of the home. The unfinished areas of the home are also inspected but at no cost.

Prices are as follows:

Residential Home Inspection (Single Family Homes)
0000 – 1500 finished square feet = $250.00

• Prices increase $25.00 for every additional 500 square feet of finished space rounded off.
• Additional charges may apply when there are multiple unfinished buildings to inspect on the property.
• Special price considerations are offered for condominiums less then a thousand square feet. Contact us for details.
